Broccoli Salad
2 heads broccoli, chopped small 1 red onion, chopped small 1 (8 ounces) package mushrooms, sliced 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumpled 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Dressing: 2 cups mayonnaise 3/4 cup sugar 4 tablespoons vinegar
Make dressing and allow to set overnight. Mix into salad just before serving.
